Our growing team are looking for experienced travel industry experts to join us as a Wholesale Cruise Advisor

Day to day:
Based in our busy and exciting CBD office, you will:
Be responsible for effectively selling cruise holidays including packages to travel agents
Build a rapport with our agents and ensure you are their expert for all travel needs
You are confident booking cruises, flights, accommodations, touring and more
Deliver unforgettable customer service that keeps our customers coming back to us every time
You will have:
Retail or wholesale experience in the cruise/travel industry is essential
Proven experience working in a customer service environment and working towards sales targets
Comprehensive computer skills and the ability to confidently learn new computer systems
GDS experience is required
