Our growing team are looking for experienced travel industry experts to join us as a Wholesale Cruise Advisor

Day to day:

Based in our busy and exciting CBD office, you will: 

• Be responsible for effectively selling cruise holidays including packages to travel agents
• Build a rapport with our agents and ensure you are their expert for all travel needs
• You are confident booking cruises, flights, accommodations, touring and more
• Deliver unforgettable customer service that keeps our customers coming back to us every time 
  
  

You will have:

• Retail or wholesale experience in the cruise/travel industry is essential
• Proven experience working in a customer service environment and working towards sales targets
• Comprehensive computer skills and the ability to confidently learn new computer systems
• GDS experience is required
