Purpose
 
Lead the campaigns behind Australia’s most iconic luxury travel brand. Travel Associates isn’t a volume business - you’ll be working on a brand with real heritage, a loyal client base, and a product offering that’s genuinely worth promoting. In this Brisbane-based team, you’ll take high-level product and commercial strategy and turn it into considered, high-performing campaigns that connect and convert. You’ll collaborate closely with a tight-knit marketing team while also tapping into the scale, tools, and expertise of the wider Flight Centre Travel Group.
 
Day to day you will...
 
• Develop and manage the campaign calendar end-to-end
• Translate product and retail strategies into integrated campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and partner channels
• Work with media agencies and channel experts to build plans that support retail activity
• Coordinate with product teams and suppliers to align campaign activity with commercial priorities
• Develop and execute non-travel partnership opportunities that complement the brand
• Ensure all creative and advertising materials reflect brand tone of voice, standards, and legal requirements
• Own project timelines and manage multiple workstreams to ensure on-time delivery
• Produce post-campaign reports and optimisation insights to inform future activity
• Lead and develop a Campaign Coordinator
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.
 
You'll be perfect if you have...
 
• 4+ years’ experience in brand or campaign marketing roles
• Undergraduate degree in marketing or a related discipline
• Strong instincts for what makes a campaign land — creatively and commercially
• Experience working with media agencies and across multiple channels
• Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
• Proven ability to manage competing deadlines and deliver at pace
• A genuine passion for the luxury travel space
