In this role, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the transformation of systems, processes, people, and organisational culture within Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG). This position is instrumental in guiding change initiatives and ensuring the effective execution of new procedures, systems, and technologies.
Day in the life:
Delivery of change management activities and deliverables aligned to the FCTG Change Framework
Work with key stakeholders to assess impacts, risks and business readiness
Developing change initiatives and associated communications
Developing change management documentation and deliverables, including developing communications (written and digital) and training content (artifacts and media)
Represent the findings of change impact analysis in planning discussions with stakeholders to shape program deliverables
Tracking the successful implementation of change management activities, providing stakeholder reporting, and identifying risks and issues and developing appropriate mitigations
Develop and maintain effective working relationships to support the development and implementation of change activities
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, procedures, and practices
You'll be perfect for the role if you have:
Minimum 5 years working within a change, consulting, process improvement or project management experience within a large, multidisciplinary organisation
Tertiary qualifications in Change Management (Prosci, APMG, etc. certifications), related disciplines (Process Improvement, Human Resources, Communications, Business, etc.), or equivalent experience is required
Understanding of change methodologies
Facilitating workshops and / or training sessions
Conducting analysis of the impacts of change on the organisation, employees and customers, and business readiness
Creating and delivering written and digital communications
Working within a travel organisation
