About the Opportunity

The Corporate Land Content Manager oversees the delivery and maintenance of Flight Centre Travel Group’s global Ground Transport content, rates, and supplier product execution across regions.

You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and consistency across GDS and OBT platforms, supporting system enhancements, and coordinating operational activities linked to supplier engagement and product development.

You will also provide ongoing account management for a select group of Ground Transport suppliers, focusing on day‑to‑day relationship management, performance oversight, and operational coordination rather than active commercial negotiation.

What you will be doing:

Product and Rate Execution

  • Coordinate and validate preferred partner rates for all regions and suppliers, including SmartDrive programs
  • Package rates into clear product summaries for regions and brands, outlining value, inclusions, and key benefits
  • Monitor availability and accuracy in GDS and identify any issues, including commercial vehicle availability
  • Support preferred partner rate shopping processes and analysis
  • Lead clean-up and maintenance of supplier product information, including removal of legacy information

Content and System Execution (GDS and OBT)

  • Track and document progress across global GDS initiatives, activities, and workstreams, including how supplier nuances influence each stage. Use the established hotel capabilities as the benchmark for what Car and Transfer should achieve
  • Map and document booking flows from the GDS to each OBT, noting supplier ranking and preference settings, and outline the expected outcomes for each platform
  • Coordinate with system partners, including Groundspan and internal teams, to complete clean-up activities and maintain content accuracy and integrity
  • Support ongoing maintenance of content and ensure quality standards are met

Supplier and Internal Stakeholder Support

  • Prepare data and materials for supplier review meetings
  • Maintain detailed action logs and support follow-up with suppliers and internal teams
  • Prepare brand-specific materials for internal business units
  • Maintain global supplier and product libraries used by commercial, operational, and distribution teams

Account Management

  • Manage day-to-day communication and follow-up with a small portfolio of Ground Transport suppliers
  • Monitor supplier performance and content, raise issues when needed, and support overall growth
  • Maintain accurate supplier profiles, contacts, and documentation
  • Coordinate preparation for supplier meetings, brand engagement, and sponsorship activities
  • Support the monthly accrual and distribution process

Reporting and Analytics Support

  • Provide and support required data to analytics teams for the Global Power BI Dashboard
  • Coordinate sponsorship fund reporting, invoicing and provide updates to suppliers and brands
  • Update information for global snapshots, road maps, and playbooks

Project Coordination

  • Gather requirements and maintain documentation for ongoing initiatives
  • Support testing and deployment of enhancements in GDS and OBT environments
  • Prepare materials for senior leader updates and global communications
  • Work closely with technology teams and regional partners to deliver project outcomes
  • Support global enablement initiatives, including the Ground Transport Guide

What you will need:

Required

  • Experience in coordinating operational workflows across multiple regions or suppliers
  • Experience with data management, reporting tools, and analysis.
  • Experience managing content or commercial information within complex technology environments
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams
