Supply is Flight Centre Travel Group’s (FCTG) global in-house product procurement and consolidation business.
Supply Operations services several of Flight Centre’s worldwide leisure selling businesses.
The Customer Success Specialist will sit within the Systems Change Management team, who work to collaborate with key Supply teams, vendors and technical personnel to implement internal customer-centric solutions that help Supply move forward and grow their business.
About the Opportunity
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will collaborate with key business and technical personnel to implement customer-centric solutions.
You will work with Supply Operations, Systems Support, Supply Tech & Vendor resources to research, evaluate, document and implement non development solutions that enhance the value of Supply Operations.
Through these efforts, the Customer Success Specialist will help Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) leverage new and existing technologies to improve the efficiency of service delivery and the effectiveness of information analysis.
Candidates must be based in Brisbane, or willing to relocate.
What you will be responsible for:
Change Coordination
Full end-to-end delivery capability, from analysis through to planning, content creation, delivery and business-readiness
Stakeholder management across multiple levels of the business
Key relationship holder and lead point of contact for all matters specific to assigned projects
Customise solutions that help Systems Support move forward and grow their business
System Operations, Implementation & Support
Onboarding new systems into the Systems Support Team
Platform release readiness to handover to the Systems Support Team
Implementing business change (non-development)
Build and maintain strong relationships
Showcase and training of the systems/business changes to the relevant business and support teams
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert
Ensure the requirements of the customer/vendor and scope of the change/system are analysed, understood and documented
Implementation solutions are documented and handed over internally to BAU seamlessly
All configuration changes are assessed for risk and documented
What you will need:
Minimum 2+ years in an environment requiring the transfer of complex information, including:
Capture of information, active listening etc
Dissemination of information via written communication
Organising and chairing meetings with business representatives
Experience with large organisations and/or project environments, and an understanding of the use of IT systems in business operations
Travel and Tourism industry experience with an understanding of global travel booking systems (knowledge of FCTG travel management systems, including Travelbox, HotelHub, is desirable)
Minimum 1+ years as a representative of a system, process, or business, where you were authoritative on a subject to peers and senior management is desirable
