Workday Deployment Manager

Join us as a Workday Deployment Manager and play a key role in reshaping our people systems across the expansive FCTG network globally. In this exciting role, you will play a lead role in the deployment of Workday modules like HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation, Talent, and Learning, driving our transformation journey forward. You'll ensure flawless execution, rally stakeholders for alignment, and customise system excellence to meet the dynamic needs of our thriving global business.

Day to day you’ll be… 

  • Lead the charge in planning and executing the deployment of changes to our people systems across the global FCTG network and be a catalyst for change.
  • Spearhead the deployment of innovative Workday modules such as HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation, Talent, and Learning and changes to integrated applications. 
  • Ensure smooth and seamless delivery across all platforms to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gain alignment and drive impactful change.
  • Tailor system excellence to meet the dynamic and exciting challenges of our global business.
  • Be at the forefront of innovation and transformation, setting new standards in people systems.
  • Make a tangible impact on our organisation's growth and success while advancing your career in a vibrant and supportive environment.

We’d love to hear from you if you have… 

  • Tertiary level qualification in Technology, Finance or Similar
  • 5+ years in HRIS deployment with 2+ years in experience working with Workday.
  • Proven delivery of Workday modules: Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Learning.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills in HR, IT, executive leadership.
  • Experience in global matrixed organisations; travel industry experience preferred.
  • Detail-oriented in implementation planning and execution.
  • Workday certification highly valued.
  • Outstanding problem-solving, communication, presentation skills.
  • Passion for technology, people systems, continuous improvement.
  • Extremely high attention to detail.
