In this role your primary objective will be to devise and execute business strategies aimed at maximizing platform efficiency. Your duties will encompass pinpointing procedural and technical deficiencies and devising remedial strategies. You will collaborate closely with product managers and technology management, ensuring alignment with both immediate and future business objectives. You will play a vital role within the PM&E (Product Management & Engineering) domain, requiring keen attention to incident management, production oversight, alert systems, stakeholder liaison, compliance, change control, and release management.

Focus on reporting, metrics, and observability
Maintaining system integrity, security, and quality service standards
Preparing reports through data collection, analysis, and summarisation
Improving and documenting workflow for platform releases
Analysing customer feedback in real-time and collaborating with various teams to ensure continuous platform enhancement
Who you are…
3-5 years experience in similar role
Proficiency in technical and non-technical documentation
Strong business analysis skills
Experience in travel industry, especially air and hotels
Familiarity with Agile methodology and security best practices
