We’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist who not only has an in-depth understanding of paid media platforms but also excels in the technical aspects of performance and measurement. From analytics tools and conversion tracking setup to expertise in scripts, UTM tracking, data feeds, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads Editor, you’ll bring technical know-how that drives efficiency and high-impact campaigns. Familiarity with SA360 and strong knowledge of GA4 and programmatic advertising are highly valued.

Who you are:

  • 4+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns across digital channels like paid search, display, and social media
  • Proven track record in developing data-driven strategies, managing budgets, and delivering measurable results (ROI & KPIs)
  • Expertise in platforms like Google Ads, META Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising tools
  • Skilled in lead generation strategies and executing full-cycle campaigns to attract and engage potential customers
  • Proficient in analysing paid advertising reports and using data insights for decision-making and campaign optimisation

 

 

What you'll be doing: 

Campaign Development and Execution:

  • Create and implement paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals

Performance Monitoring and Optimisation:

  • Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing on ads and landing pages, and apply optimisation strategies to improve results and meet KPIs
  • Write consistently high-performing ad copy and optimise assets to meet local benchmark KPIs 
  • Conduct keyword research and define target audience segments to enhance ad targeting and engagement 
  • Conduct competitor analysis to protect share metrics and identify opportunities to conquest where possible
     
     
     

Budget Management:

  • Assist with budget allocation, track daily pacing, and report findings to the Paid Media Manager for efficient resource use
  • Review cost metric and strategically reallocate budget to maximise performance

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work with the Paid Media Manager, brand teams, and content creators to align campaigns with marketing strategies, while communicating performance insights to stakeholders

Market Research and Trend Analysis:

  • Stay updated on industry trends and apply insights to keep campaigns competitive

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and using analytics tools to guide future strategies
