We’re on the lookout for a Junior Graphic Designer to join the fast-paced Creative Services team at Ignite Travel Group. Working alongside our Senior Creative, Creative & Content Lead, and a supportive team of passionate designers, you’ll help bring our travel campaigns to life — from dreamy destination visuals to vibrant digital assets.

A day in the life:
Support the Creative Services team across campaigns, with a focus on both print and digital collateral
Ensure cohesive, high-quality, on-brand design across platforms (social media, website, ad campaigns, print) following brand guidelines
Interpret client briefs and translate needs into effective design solutions
Prepare layouts and working files for press production and print readiness
Apply expertise in publication design, layout, press production, and adapting concepts to stakeholder expectations
Design and create digital assets for websites, EDMs, signage, and social media platforms and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Assist in preparing presentations and design concepts for internal and external clients
Work independently and meet strict deadlines and take on various ad-hoc design projects as needed
Perform photo editing, cropping, retouching, compositing, and colour correction as needed for digital platforms
Contribute creative ideas for promotional campaigns and branding initiatives and support in sourcing print and production quotes from external suppliers
Manage design files, update versions, and maintain organized archives
Stay updated on design trends and new Adobe Creative Cloud features and tools
Who you are:
1–2 years of commercial design experience with a strong, diverse portfolio
Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or related field
Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
Well-rounded skills in both digital and print design, from concept to production
Experience creating assets such as websites, banners, graphics, landing pages, EDMs, and print collateral
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines
Proactive and able to apply design skills to achieve high-quality results
Strong visual sense and creative aesthetic
Effective time management and organisational skills
Calm, adaptable, and reliable in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
