The Events Project Coordinator will play a key role in delivering impactful events, incentive programs, and business communications that connect clients with their audiences. You'll work alongside experienced project leaders to ensure events are delivered seamlessly, from planning through to reconciliation. This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with multiple stakeholders, and is passionate about exceptional customer experiences. 

This role can be based in our Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane office.

What you will be doing: 

  • Assisting the Project Lead in establishing correct systems, platforms and processes from the outset to ensure timely, error free project management
  • Assist with set up and management of event technology include Events Air and OnAir 
  • Supporting the Project Lead in maintaining accurate files, budgets & critical paths in order to adhere to deadlines and budgets, especially attrition and cancellation deadlines as per signed contracts. 
  • Support the Project Lead in briefing various departments on a project - technical, creative, venues, entertainment, group travel etc
  • Maintain effective and customer focused communication throughout with all project stakeholders 
  • Respond to all customer enquiries professionally and within the agreed timeframes and to ensure customer satisfaction with the response
  • Ensure all delegate data is accurately processed including travel and accommodation and monies held on file before payments are made

 

You'll be perfect for the role if you have: 

  • Degree qualified, preferred in event management 
  • A knowledge of all major suppliers and relevant MICE products and destinations 
  • Knowledge of project management processes, standards and procedures 
  • A passion for project management within the event management and production industry
