Purpose
 
The Product & Partnerships Lead role is an exciting opportunity for you to drive growth in financial services by building strong partnerships and developing innovative product initiatives. This dynamic role is perfect if you are a strategic thinker who thrives in balancing product management and relationship building to deliver impactful, scalable solutions that accelerate business success.

 
Day to day you’ll be… 
  • Drive business growth by onboarding high-value strategic partnerships that give a competitive edge
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with industry leaders, tech partners, and key stakeholders
  • Negotiate and structure impactful partnership agreements that ensure long-term success and integration
  • Collaborate across teams to leverage partnerships for innovative product development and market expansion
  • Develop and track performance metrics to ensure partnerships are aligned with business goals
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously optimise partnerships for mutual growth and success
  • Maintain open communication with partners, gathering feedback to drive continuous improvements
  • Implement best practices in relationship management to achieve shared, ambitious goals
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, adapting partnership strategies to maintain a competitive edge
  • Lead the product vision, development, and lifecycle, ensuring market relevance and alignment with company objectives

We’d love to hear from you if you have… 
  • 8+ years in product leadership, strategic partnerships, or a related Senior Manager role
    Proven experience in establishing and managing high-impact partnerships
  • Product or portfolio management experience in payment options such as credit cards, consumer lending and/or loyalty programs.
  • Strong track record of shaping product strategy and driving business outcomes, with expertise in scaling financial services products and partnerships
  • Deep understanding of technical requirements to successfully execute product and partnership initiatives
  • Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior industry stakeholders
  • Expertise in analysing market data to drive strategic, data-informed decisions
  • Skilled in influencing cross-functional teams and collaborating with external partners to achieve success
