Wanting to put the Flight into Flight Centre? An exciting and unique opportunity awaits for someone who has a passion for all things Air. This fast paced role will see you responsible for sourcing, creating and delivering airfares and exclusive content to fulfil all of our customer's needs. With excellent time management and communication skills, you will be working closely with the Product, Merchandising and Marketing teams to ensure that the shelves are stacked with quality air product that drives enquiries to the stores and bookings online

Your Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external travel industry partners
• Develop and manage brand-aligned products for campaigns and tactical opportunities, including planning, negotiating, and final reporting
• Collaborate with teams to drive engagement through campaigns, sales, and social media opportunities
• Ensure availability of competitive airfares and identify margin opportunities across various sectors
• Promote airfare offers internally and analyse campaign performance, trends, and competitor data
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the product design and delivery process for air and air packages
• Ensure local website has sufficient and breadth of product on shelves

Skills Required:

• Minimum 2 years’ travel industry experience, either wholesale or retail
• Business, Marketing or related qualification an advantage
• Air product knowledge 
• Proven business and commercial acumen
• Ability to influence and negotiate with both external and internal stakeholders
