Purpose of the Role:

As the Data, Insights and Automation Leader, you will lead the data analytics function to drive a data-first culture across the brand. You’ll deliver actionable insights that optimise brand strategies, enhance performance, and create business value.

This role also coordinates global data and reporting standards, ensuring consistency across regions and maintaining the integrity of global data sources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Global Finance Team to shape how data is used for analysis, reporting, and automation opportunities

• Ensure consistency and accuracy of data sets, definitions, and performance drivers across all regions

• Partner with Finance to identify and deliver data-driven opportunities and actionable insights

• Work closely with global Data and Technology teams to align analytics priorities with brand objectives

• Build, develop, and inspire a motivated, high-performing data team

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in analytics delivery and data leadership

• Proficiency in descriptive analytics, SQL, reporting, and Power BI

• Proven ability to use data to deliver measurable business value and insights

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills

• Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, analytics, or a related field
