About The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Growth & Demand Generation Specialist (B2B) to help drive pipeline growth and customer acquisition across our B2B brands. This role plays a hands-on part in executing and optimising digital campaigns that deliver measurable impact. You’ll work closely with regional and global teams, combining data, creativity, and collaboration to fuel sustainable growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of integrated B2B marketing campaigns across paid media, social, email, SEO, and web
  • Coordinate day-to-day campaign workflows including asset management, QA, testing, optimisation, and reporting
  • Monitor and optimise paid media performance in collaboration with brand and paid media teams
  • Partner with automation and CRM specialists to build and improve nurture programs and triggered campaigns
  • Track and report on campaign performance including MQLs, CTR, conversions, and lead quality
  • Support attribution analysis and reporting aligned with sales and marketing stakeholders
  • Contribute to SEO implementation and content planning aligned with broader growth initiatives
  • Support organic social planning to complement paid and campaign objectives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, content, sales, product, and digital teams
  • Assist with campaign post-mortems and continuous optimisation planning
  • Act as a centre of excellence by sharing best practices, benchmarks, and campaign toolkits across markets

Experience & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing, performance media, or demand generation within a B2B environment
  • Hands-on experience with paid channels (Google, LinkedIn, programmatic)
  • Experience using email automation and CRM campaign tools
  • Strong understanding of digital KPIs and basic attribution models
  • Experience working in matrixed, cross-functional, or global teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Digital Marketing
  • Platform certifications (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $80,000. Base salary is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements.
