As a Team Leader overseeing your store you will be responsible to drive sales, motivate team members, grow key KPIs, along with a number of other responsibilities.  It will also be your responsibility to work closely with the Regional Sales Leader to ensure that your store is contributing to meet area targets. 

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining all OBW Business and Operating systems
• Meeting shop Budget and P&L expectations
• Coaching and developing team members
• Providing vision and motivation for the team
• Maintaining an overall positive office environment
