Flight Centre Travel Academy (FCTA) is Flight Centre's external education business - offering university level courses with jobs and careers in the Travel and Tourism industry. 

We have several Facilitator opportunities, whose focus is to deliver exceptional student learning experiences for a tertiary-level Diploma of Travel and Tourism qualification. These roles are vital in engaging students and ensuring their compliance with tertiary education standards and business operations.

You will assist in creating and delivering an engaging and interactive learning environment that inspires our students by fostering a supportive and inclusive atmosphere.

These full-time roles will be based in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne head offices.

What you will be doing:

• Online facilitation of course subjects, Q&A sessions, role plays, coaching calls and O-Week sessions
• In-person facilitation of course subjects and student events
• Conduct coaching calls regularly
• Student support through our "One Best Way" processes of extensions, academic integrity, and assessments
• Provide clear outcome-based feedback to students
• Grading of student assessments (role plays, essays, case studies, presentations)
• Assessment moderation
• Scholarly projects
• Monthly subject set up and reporting

Who You Are...

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Travel and Tourism industry
• Previous facilitation and/or training experience
• Have a strong focus on development and teamwork
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Be a self-driven, self-motivated individual, who can demonstrate these skills daily to students
