What you'll be doing:

• Assisting Team Leader with motivating and maintaining the spirit of your team
• Supporting your Team Leader with the vision and focus of your team
• Consistent sales performance 

Assisting and supporting your Team Leader in all aspects of the FCM business environment; including:

• Customer service and satisfaction
• Implementation and adherence to the FCM daily, weekly and monthly systems
• Achievement of financial results and KPI's
• Facilitating ongoing training for all team members
• Nurturing team members development
• Caretaker role in Team Leader absence
• Maintaining communication between team members
• Maintaining an overall positive office environment

What you'll need:

• Leads by example and ability to motivate others
• Attentive to staff and client needs
• Embrace company philosophy, values and change  
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage change and exceptional customer service
• Ability to handle high volumes of business
• The drive, determination and focus to co-lead a successful business
• Minimum 2 years proven sales ability with consistent figures in a travel manager or travel consultant role
• GDS proficiency, with Sabre highly regarded

What you'll Enjoy:

 $65,000pa base plus uncapped individual and team incentives; overall OTE $95,000++ pa plus super
