About The Opportunity

 

As our Global Marketing Operations Leader you will be at the heart of driving operational excellence and data driven strategies that elevate our Flight Centre Brand's (FCB) marketing performance. You will be leading diverse teams within Flight Centre marketings "owned assets", these teams include including Analytics, Lifecycle Marketing, Website Retailing, SEO, Personalisation, and Brand & Creative— ensuring that marketing strategies are executed with precision, campaigns are optimised for maximum impact, and the marketing team operates efficiently at scale.

By fostering alignment across these specialised teams, leveraging innovative technologies, and implementing robust processes, you will empower our FCB marketing teams to enhance customer experiences, maximise digital performance, and deliver measurable business outcomes that fuel the company’s growth objectives.

 

 

What you'll be doing:

 

Marketing Technology Management

  • Oversee marketing technology (MarTech) stack, including marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems
  • Evaluate, implement, and integrate new tools to enhance marketing capabilities


Data and Analytics

  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems. Analyse performance metrics and generate insights to guide decision-making
  • Establish dashboards and reporting frameworks to track KPIs


Process Optimisation

  • Design and implement scalable processes for campaign planning, execution, and optimisation
  • Streamline workflows between marketing teams and other departments (e.g., sales, IT)
  • Define and enforce governance for lead management, attribution models, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)


Campaign Enablement

  • Support campaign execution by managing segmentation, personalisation, and automation workflows


Budget and Resource Management

  • Manage budgets for marketing tools and technologies
  • Optimise resource allocation across marketing initiatives

 

Alignment Across Teams

  • Act as a bridge between marketing, sales, and customer success to align on shared goals
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders


Performance and Strategy

  • Develop frameworks to measure and improve marketing ROI
  • Partner with leadership to align marketing operations with overall business strategy

 

 

Who you are:

 

  • Excellent project management and communication abilities
  • Expertise in marketing automation & marketing technology platforms
  • Knowledge of SEO, personalisation, and digital marketing strategies
  • Minimum 10 years in Digital Marketing, Product Management or Marketing Operations roles
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
