In this role you will be developing strategic product marketing plans and messaging for Flight Centre Travel Group’s corporate brands across both Land and Air disciplines to help achieve commercial outcomes and drive customer value. You will be collaborating with various stakeholders including global and regional supply teams, sales & marketing, product management, operations, and account management & customer success teams, focusing on crafting value propositions and strategic go to market strategies for land and air bookings. The successful candidate will be able to effectively consolidate intel, transfer knowledge and collaborate with key stakeholders.
Leverage internal and external research, analytics and insights on customer and market for input into planning & innovation, and collaboration with key stakeholders, to design future supply requirements that deliver on customer needs
Annual Planning & Go to Market Strategy
Develop the go to market strategic plan for key supply initiatives, leveraging actionable insights to fuel adoption and curate a better end to end experience for customers
Product Team & Stakeholder Relationships
Be the conduit, through collaboration with internal stakeholders, for our Supply Managers, Tech Product Owners, Operations, Brand Product Marketers, Sales, Customer Success/Account Manager functions to drive product adoption, customer insights analysis and feedback
Competitive Enablement
Support the creation of key assets for customer facing teams i.e. collateral, deal support, messaging, value proposition, roadmaps, playbooks, central repositories, training & communications to help customer facing teams win, build understanding and drive adoption
Ways of Working
Help evolve the function, its ways of working and represent the discipline of Product Marketing to supply stakeholders to further embed the role/function and impact of Product Marketing within our business.
You'll be perfect for the role if you have:
5+ years experience in mid-senior product lifecycle marketing (additional B2B marketing experience outside product marketing also highly regarded)
Strong understanding of supply function within travel industry highly valued
Marketing or business related degree
Great collaboration & stakeholder management skills
