

As the Global Vendor Manager for Tech, you’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening partnerships between our business and key tech vendors. You will create seamless alignment between supply and demand, ensuring that both sides work collaboratively toward shared success.
In this role, you’ll:
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, fostering trust and accountability.
Clearly communicate business requirements and expectations to vendors.
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure the business fully understands vendor capabilities and offerings.
As our successful candidate you will drive clarity, collaboration, and value, helping us deliver exceptional outcomes through strategic vendor management.
Your Responsibilities:
Vendor Relationship Management: Maintain daily interaction with vendor leaders and act as the primary escalation point for our internal technology teams and vendor management teams
Governance & Reporting: Own the governance framework, lead quarterly executive meetings, and validate monthly/quarterly vendor reports to ensure value, innovation, and risk minimisation
Performance Oversight: Define and communicate vendor performance metrics through scorecards/dashboards, hold vendors accountable to SLAs/KPIs, and adjust them periodically for service improvement
Financial Control: Manage supplier financial commitments, verify invoices against agreed work orders, and approve for processing
Operational Administration: Authorise new initiatives, manage creation/suspension of supplier team members, and escalate issues/risks when necessary
Business Engagement & Prioritisation: Support product requirements and influence prioritisation across IT categories when needed
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
5 years’ experience in management of IT vendors preferred
Experience with major technology vendors such as Microsoft, Service Now
Experience with offshore vendors
Skilled in reviewing and implementing SLAs, interpreting contract terms, and managing contracts and relationships
Proficient in MS Office, SFIA framework, and requirements definition and management
