Are you passionate about hotels, the travel industry, and delivering exceptional client outcomes? We’re looking for an enthusiastic professional to join our global FCM Consulting team as a Hotel Contracting Analyst, someone who thrives at the intersection of data, relationships, and innovation.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping our clients’ hotel programs by supporting the Hotel Contracting team across major national and global projects. You’ll bring analytical insight, project coordination skills, and a love for smart technology to drive better results for our clients and suppliers alike.

You’ll manage the end-to-end contracting process; from coordinating sourcing projects and timelines, to connecting clients with our evolving technology platforms, and ensuring every project milestone is delivered on time. Working alongside our global hotel services team, you’ll help redefine what exceptional travel program management looks like.

What you'll be Doing:

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple corporate hotel programs using global project management platforms
  • Analyse supplier data and market trends to provide negotiation recommendations across procurement stages
  • Identify and resolve project gaps quickly to meet deadlines and ensure smooth execution
  • Prepare accurate client-facing documentation and reports using Microsoft tools for internal and external stakeholders
  • Engage with suppliers and audit submissions to ensure timely delivery, data accuracy, and provide insights on savings and ROI

 

 

Who you Are: 

  • Extensive travel industry experience with strong understanding of business drivers and data complexity
  • Feel at home in MS excel, PowerPoint and Power BI
  • Proven project management expertise with excellent time management and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage effectively with suppliers and clients
  • Detail-oriented and multi-tasking capability to develop value propositions and deliver results
  • Curious to explore new software as our consulting team evolves and changes
