Are you an experienced hotel sourcing professional who thrives on strategy, negotiation, and delivering real impact? We’re looking for a Senior Hotel Sourcing Consultant to join our global FCM Consulting team; a trusted advisor who can transform complex hotel programs into smart, high-performing programs for our clients.

In this role, you’ll lead the design, delivery, and management of national and global accommodation strategies, overseeing the end-to-end hotel RFP process to deliver contracted programs that drive savings, compliance, and greater booking attachment. You’ll work closely with key client stakeholders, leveraging data, market intelligence, and best practice sourcing methodologies to deliver measurable results and exceptional value.

As the central point of contact for a portfolio of large, strategic clients, you’ll own every aspect of their hotel sourcing journey; from supplier negotiations and rate optimisation to program analysis and performance reporting. Your expertise will help shape stronger supplier partnerships and deliver world-class travel solutions that align with client goals and FCM’s global standards.

What you'll be Doing:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple simultaneous corporate hotel programs with strong project management skills
• Provide insightful analysis and recommendations leveraging deep industry knowledge
• Track savings and contract performance, presenting periodic reviews and performance reports
• Utilise CVENT Lanyon for hotel sourcing and RFP processes, including bid requests, negotiations, and acceptances
• Drive increased adoption of preferred hotel partners through strategic engagement and program optimisation

Who you Are: 

• 5 year experience in the Travel and Hotel Industry
• Feel at home in MS excel, PowerPoint and Power BI
• Previous experience using CVENT/Lanyon for business transient hotel sourcing
• Curious to explore new software as our consulting team evolves and changes
