Own the end-to-end learning experience for one of our most dynamic divisions. As a Learning Experience Specialist in FCM M&E, you’ll shape how our people learn, grow, and perform across their entire career journey. Working close to the business, you’ll design onboarding that sticks, build capability pathways that drive performance, and ensure learning stays connected across customer experience, leadership, and operations. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your work directly influences capability and results.
 
Day to day you will...
 
• Design and maintain structured onboarding programs, including milestones, resources, and continuous improvement based on feedback
• Build and evolve tiered capability pathways from new starter through to expert practitioner, addressing skills gaps with blended learning approaches
• Create practical, in-the-flow-of-work content including job aids, eLearning, and performance support using tools like Articulate, WalkMe, and Canva
• Facilitate engaging learning experiences across virtual, in-person, and hybrid formats, adapting to audience needs
• Apply recognised evaluation frameworks to measure effectiveness, track performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement
• Partner with Customer Experience and Leadership L&D teams to create a connected and cohesive learning journey across the division
• Conduct needs analysis with operational leaders to diagnose performance gaps and recommend impactful solutions
• Develop and maintain learning resources aligned to systems, processes, and evolving operational requirements
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.
 
You'll be perfect if you have...
 
• 3+ years’ experience in L&D, learning design, or operational capability roles
• Proven experience designing onboarding programs and role-based learning pathways
• Experience translating complex operational knowledge into practical, accessible learning solutions
• Experience partnering with SMEs and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Ideally experienced in travel, events, hospitality, or similar commercial industries
• Proficiency in learning tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise, WalkMe, and Canva
• Cert IV in Training and Assessment and/or relevant degree (Education, Instructional Design, Business, or similar)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with a curiosity for the business
