Deliver specialised financial analysis and business partnering for our loyalty ecosystem, translating complex program economics into actionable intelligence. Design financial accounting and reporting frameworks tailored to loyalty operations, including points liability valuation, breakage analysis, revenue recognition, and partnership performance, while fostering financial discipline within the Loyalty program. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate partner billing, managing all AR and AP, and take responsibility for the financial and management accounting of the Program.
Partner closely with loyalty operations, commercial, and program teams to enhance financial decision-making across the loyalty platform. Your analytical expertise will guide program profitability assessments, business case development, and performance reporting, cultivating strong commercial acumen within our loyalty portfolio.
Day to day you’ll be…
Financial Storytelling: Present complex loyalty program financials to senior management with clear insights and recommendations
Points Liability Management: Monitor and forecast points liability, breakage patterns, and fair value assessments under IFRS 15
Performance Analysis: Track program KPIs including enrolment penetration, redemption rates, and partner revenue performance
Business Partnering: Support strategic initiatives with cost-benefit analysis, scenario modelling, and financial impact assessments
Management Reporting: Prepare Program presentations, business case updates, and financial variance analysis

CA/CPA qualified or working towards qualification
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
Business partnering experience with stakeholder management
Understanding of revenue recognition principles (IFRS 15 advantageous)
Ability to translate financial data into compelling business narratives
Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
