What You'll Drive:

• Work directly with the Head of Marketing to increase brand awareness and generate leads
• Execute marketing campaigns to grow our customer engagement
• Design and implement compelling email marketing campaigns
• Optimise and monitor website design and performance
• Lead paid performance activities across search and social
• Manage agencies and suppliers to deliver to budget and schedule
• Measure and report on campaign KPIs
• Provide responsive customer service and feedback management

Our Ideal Candidate:

• 2-3 years of marketing experience
• Degree in marketing (or similar e.g. design, digital, media)
• Expert knowledge of digital marketing channels including content, paid media, SEO
• Experience with website CMS tools and email marketing platforms
• Creative thinking skills (Adobe Creative Suite = bonus points!)
• Strong analytics and data-driven decision making capabilities
