With a presence across Australia, New Zealand, the USA, Canada and South Africa, we exist to help independent travel businesses grow, thrive and stand out. We combine the scale and resources of one of the world’s largest travel companies with the agility and spirit of a business built for the independent.
Our marketing team works across B2B, B2C and B2B2C audiences, promoting both our network as a home for independent travel businesses and the extraordinary travel experiences our advisors curate for their clients. It’s a broad, ambitious remit, and we’re building the team to match.

As the sole marketer for the Australian market, you will own the national marketing strategy and be responsible for bringing it to life across every channel. You will work closely with global marketing specialists across design, digital, automation and content, collaborate with counterparts in New Zealand, the USA, Canada and South Africa, and partner directly with the Australian sales, operations and product teams to drive advisor acquisition and progress marketing initiatives for our members.

Manage marketing asset organisation and maintain a well-structured library accessible to key stakeholders
Provide regular reporting on marketing performance across all channels, with clear insights and recommendations
Attend and contribute to regional leadership meetings, global marketing meetings and relevant industry events, which may extend beyond standard office hours
About You
We are looking for a broad, commercially minded marketer who can think strategically and execute with precision. You will thrive in an environment where you are both setting the direction and doing the work, and where your ideas translate directly into outcomes.

Experience in a standalone marketing role, with the ability to manage a broad remit independently
Demonstrated capability across campaign management, content development, social media, digital marketing and brand communications
