Reporting to the Global Performance Marketing Leader in London and working closely within our dynamic digital hub, you’ll manage a talented Paid Media Specialist while driving brand visibility, customer acquisition, and sustainable growth across digital platforms.

What We’re Looking For:

• Deep expertise in paid media platforms, analytics tools, and conversion tracking setups.
• Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Ads Editor, data feeds, GA4, and SA360.
• Strong technical skills in paid media and programmatic advertising to deliver efficient, high-impact campaigns.
• Proven success in B2B lead generation and driving ROI.

The AU market is significant—and fast-paced. You’ll need confidence, resilience, and the ability to collaborate with key stakeholders under pressure. In return, you’ll have the chance to shape new processes from the ground up and define the paid media function for the future.

Who you are:

• Over 5 years of experience in performance marketing or similar roles
• Extensive hands-on experience (minimum 5 years) in managing paid media campaigns across various digital advertising channels, including paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, and video
• Proven track record in managing large budgets and achieving measurable results in ROI and key performance indicators
• Skilled in team management and mentoring, promoting a collaborative and growth-focused environment
• Effective in working within cross-functional teams to develop and execute cohesive marketing strategies
• Proficient in Google Ads, META Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, SA360, DV360, and other relevant digital advertising tools
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in using Google Analytics and Excel to interpret data and optimise strategies
• Experienced in B2B marketing with a focus on lead generation and nurturing leads through the marketing funnel

What you'll be doing: 

Paid Media Strategy Development and Implementation:

• Create tailored paid media plans for the ANZ market aligned with regional brand objectives
• Collaborate with brand teams to ensure strategies support overall brand initiatives
• Work with the Global Performance Marketing Leader to address regional and global objectives
• Use Google, META Ads, programmatic, and LinkedIn Ads and other paid media platforms to reach target audiences

Campaign Management and Optimisation:

• Oversee and monitor paid media campaigns to meet KPIs
• Continuously analyse and adjust campaigns for better ROI based on performance insights

Team Leadership and Development:

• Manage and mentor the Paid Media Specialist
• Delegate tasks effectively for successful campaign execution and performance 

Budget Management:

• Efficiently allocate and manage the paid media budget to maximise ROI
• Regularly report budget utilisation and campaign performance to local and global teams

Collaboration with Local Teams:

• Integrate paid media strategies with other digital marketing efforts
• Share insights and collaborate on best practices for enhanced digital performance

Market Research and Trend Analysis:

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the ANZ region
• Apply insights to adjust strategies for competitive advantage

Performance Reporting:

• Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance with actionable insights
• Communicate findings to ANZ stakeholders to ensure informed decision-making
