Who You Are

• You bring 3+ years of experience in digital performance marketing or a related field
• You have a proven track record in developing and executing strategies across PPC, SEO, paid social, or other digital channels
• You’re skilled in campaign and channel analysis, with hands-on experience using tools like Google Analytics
• You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and you know how to turn data and consumer insights into actionable strategies

What You’ll Be Doing

• Activate and optimise campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels
• Drive performance by planning, executing, and refining strategies to meet key traffic and conversion KPIs
• Implement and manage lead generation and remarketing campaigns
• Oversee budgets and ensure campaigns deliver strong ROI
• Conduct A/B testing and lead conversion rate optimisation initiatives
• Collaborate with the broader Marketing team to share insights, improve funnel performance, and present results
• Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest trends and technologies in performance marketing
• Deliver clear, data-driven reports with actionable insights to inform future strategies
