Product Coordinator Distributions - Broadbeach, QLD

We are destination experts and hand-select the best inclusions for both our customers and partners alike. We are currently looking for a Distribution Coordinator to join our Product Team.
A day in the life:
ALDI Support:
- Assist with reviewing and uploading deal comparisons, images, and maps into ALDI
- Support ALDI web builds across Cruise, Tour, and Escapes campaigns
- Manage Trello boards for campaign placement and organisation
- Assist with ALDI digital campaign reviews
- Work with Distributions Manager to support day to day execution of ALDI related operations
Flight Centre (FC) Digital Coordination
- Oversee and manage web build processes
- Maintain and organise FC Trello boards across key destinations
- Coordinate bi-monthly updates for FC website tiles and banners
- Conduct press review tracking and reporting
- Support paid social activity as required
Reporting & Campaign Analysis
- Manage end-of-month processes for both ALDI and FC campaigns
- Capture mid-month web and EDM screenshots for performance tracking
- Prepare Contra Marketing reports (monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, and annual as required)
- Assist in compiling post-campaign reports, including adding relevant activity from marketing presentations
Who you are:
- Must be confident in using Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel
- Possess great attention to detail & proven ability to manage priorities to meet tight deadlines
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced team, taking multitasking to a new level
- Exceptional written communication skills & attention to detail
- Willing to initiate own learning and self-education (for example, through online courses, workshops, fellow team members)
- A ‘can do’ attitude to own the role, jump at challenges & find ways to add value
