As the Productivity and Collaboration Engineer in Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) you'll provide specialist knowledge primarily in the Productivity and Collaboration suite of applications, but also provide support services across other businesses including Networks, EUC, Telephony and Hybrid Cloud. If you have a strong background in any of these areas including the technologies used, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues, please apply!
This role will include a mix of responsibilities between general BAU support as well as providing expert knowledge and experience on small to large projects across these areas.
Day in the life:
Ensures systems, solutions, and policies are thoroughly maintained and documented
Analyses existing systems and operations and develops preventative maintenance strategies
Offers 3rd level support to implemented solutions
Works with vendors to resolve incidents when appropriate
Plans, schedules and monitors work, to meet time and quality targets
Facilitates collaboration between stakeholders who share common objectives
Selects appropriately from applicable standards, methods, tools and applications
Understands the importance of security of own work and the operation of the organisation
Calls out risks to the business as appropriate
Communicates complex information to a non-technical audience
You'll be perfect for the role if you have:
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
Experience managing Microsoft 365 Suite, Mimecast and OKTA
Knowledge of FCTG systems an added advantage
Industry certifications
IT Degree - desirable
