We are now looking for an experienced consultant or leader to take on the challenging and rewarding role of Team Leader for our Round the World team. If you’re comfortable with complexity and passionate about simplifying even the most elaborate travel itineraries for your customer, you will love stepping into our Round the World team. This is a maternity leave cover for 9 months with possible extension, starting in May. 

As a Team Leader overseeing your store you will be responsible to drive sales, motivate team members, grow key KPIs, along with a number of other responsibilities. It will also be your responsibility to work closely with the Area Leader to ensure that your store is contributing to meet area targets.

What you’ll be doing as the Team Leader in our team of Round the World Experts…

• Maintaining all OBW Business and Operating systems
• Meeting shop Budget and P&L expectations
• Coaching and developing team members.
• Providing vision and motivation for the team
• Maintaining an overall positive office environment
