We’re thrilled to invite applications for the Senior Solution Architect role within our dynamic Corporate Travel industry team. As we continue to deliver on our recently rebuilt Salesforce instance to over 5000 users globally, encompassing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE), and numerous integrated solutions, you'll play an integral part in elevating our organisation to the next level.
In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in designing and overseeing the implementation of scalable, high-impact Salesforce solutions for Flight Centre Travel Group's (FCTG) Corporate business. This approach builds a sustainable foundation for future growth within FCTG’s expansive Salesforce ecosystem, recognised as one of the largest in Australia.
As this role is on-site, candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Brisbane.
What you will be doing:

Work closely with the broader FCTG team to transition any externally led projects from implementation partners to internal ownership
Partner with the CRM product team and architecture community to ensure cohesive enterprise architecture and consistent data flows across the organisation
