This position is suited to a finance professional with an excellent eye to detail, time management, and accurate numerical skills with a strong interest in business partnering. We are looking for someone interested in growing their skills and challenging the process in a unique brand within the Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) family.

Role based in our Brisbane Head office. 

Duties Include:

• Prepare monthly financial statements, management accounts, and performance analysis

• Deliver timely month-end and ad hoc reporting with ongoing enhancements

• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning cycles

• Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies

• Process customer and supplier payments with strong financial controls

• Provide commercial insights, ROI analysis, and scenario modelling to support decisions

• Partner with leaders and teams to translate financial data into actionable insights

• Drive continuous improvement, system enhancements, and special projects

Your Skills and Experience Include:

• Proven experience in monthly reporting, analysis, and management accounts preparation

• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning capability

• Ability to support audits and maintain high levels of financial compliance and control

• Experience delivering clear financial insights to non-finance stakeholders

• Commercial mindset with strengths in ROI analysis and scenario modelling

• Demonstrated ability to challenge assumptions and improve decision making quality

• Experience improving reporting, processes, and data collection frameworks

• Collaborative team contributor with experience supporting strategic initiatives
