We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to drive back-end design, development, testing, and release across multiple projects. With expertise in agile methodologies and lean practices, you'll build scalable, customer-focused solutions. Your role blends hands-on development with strong software engineering principles, ensuring high-quality, reliable results.

Who you are:

• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-tech audiences
• 5+ years of software development, with experience as a Senior Full-Stack Engineer
• Proven leadership in mentoring teams on code quality, design, and best practices
• Passionate about fostering continuous improvement and productivity
• Expertise in modern JavaScript (TypeScript, Styled Components, HTML, JSS) and technologies like React and Node.js
• Experienced in building high-traffic, scalable services
• Strong testing experience with Cypress, Selenium, Jest
• Familiar with frontend tooling (Webpack, Babel, npm, yarn, ESLint, Prettier)
• Experience with SPAs, cloud services (AWS, Kubernetes, ElasticSearch) 
• Exposure to DevOps practices, observability tools (Splunk, Kibana, New Relic)
• Familiar with serverless apps (AWS Lambda) and SSR frameworks (Next.js)
• Passion for open source and developer tools

Day In the Life:

The role involves designing, developing, and deploying web applications, microservices, and APIs using technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js. The focus is on writing high-quality, secure, testable, and maintainable code while ensuring operational reliability and performance through testing and observability. Responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, participating in code reviews, maintaining documentation, collaborating in agile teams, and contributing to continuous improvement of solutions, processes, and technical standards.

• Design, develop, and deploy web apps, microservices, and APIs with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js
• Write high-quality, secure, and maintainable code
• Ensure operational reliability and performance through testing and automation
• Analyze business requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Participate in code reviews to maintain quality and compliance
• Maintain and improve documentation for code, architecture, and knowledge bases
• Collaborate in cross-functional agile teams to deliver solutions
• Contribute to designing elegant solutions and improving team processes
• Take initiative to reduce technical debt and improve quality, standards, and practices
• Engage with the global engineering community to enhance practices across the company
• Mentoring other developers in the team and work across teams to build solutions
• Engage with stakeholders on requirements and potential solutions in a collaborative and helpful manner
