As the Senior UX/UI Designer you will contribute to the design of customer friendly, engaging and functional digital experiences that seamlessly bridge the gap between our online and physical retail entities. Create features and products that holistically balance the needs of our customers and the business.
In addition to this, you will contribute to the definition and development of detailed customer experience designs from project inception, through to build and launch. The role will also assist with the creation of UX deliverables including scenario mapping, user journeys and workflows, information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.

Day to day:
Conducting user research activities including interviews, contextual enquiries, A/B testing, surveys, and metrics analysis
Strong knowledge of user-centred design and design thinking methodologies and techniques
Involve customers and stakeholders in the design process
Able to plan and conduct UX research to seek insights into customer behaviour and needs
Able to validate design decisions and concepts with data and user testing.
Identifiy and troubleshoots UX problems
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, prototypes and UI designs
Champion Experience Design with organisational stakeholders
Liaise and present work to get buy-in on project initiatives with internal stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet both customer, consultant, and business requirements
Work with product managers, product owners and engineers to gather and evaluates requirements
Collaborate with other designers within the team to ensure consistent customer experience across range of products
Mentor other designers and contributing to UX team processes and initiatives
You'll be perfect for the role if you have:
4+ years experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer
Experience with Figma, Sketch, XD or similar
Experience in both qualitative and quantitative research and analysis
Experience using and contributing to a design system
Strong skills in foundational UI design
Knowledge of mobile platform-specific guidelines (e.g. Apple's Human Interface Guidelines, Google's Material Design)
Understanding of micro-interactions, animations and motion design to enhance user engagement
