What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading and motivating a team of expert luxury consultants to exceed sales and customer experience targets
  • Driving local marketing strategies, client events, and networking to grow your client base
  • Overseeing the smooth running of the business, including staffing, cost management, and operational excellence
  • Coaching and mentoring through monthly one-on-ones, identifying growth opportunities for each consultant
  • Building strong industry relationships and staying at the forefront of luxury travel trends
  • Delivering an NPS score that reflects world-class client satisfaction
