Key Responsibilities 

• Quoting, booking and invoicing cruise bookings and packages
• Ensure that KPIs are met, meeting and exceed monthly sales targets
• Support and handle walk in, email & telephone enquiries efficiently and accurately
• Maximise sales opportunities by upselling & cross-selling
• Monitor and action all relevant mailboxes daily
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive product information in order to deliver and generate sales

Who are you?

• Proven experience working in a customer service environment and working towards sales targets
• GDS experience preferred
• Previous experience in the travel or cruise industry is preferred 
• Exceptional focus on details, adept problem-solving skills, and thrive under pressure
• Ambitious, highly motivated, and proficient in organizing tasks efficiently
