How you’ll be opening up the world for our customers…
Along with servicing your existing loyal clientele, you will be taking enquiry from our corporate clients to help plan, book and coordinate their employee’s leisure travel experiences. You will be working towards KPI’s and incentive targets, therefore building your customer relationships will be critical to your success in this role.
What it takes to be a Corporate Benefits expert…
You’re the go-to person in your circle for travel recommendations, tips and tricks, with prior experience as a travel consultant
You have proven success in your experience as a travel consultant with a consistent TTV transfer and database of repeat clientele
You’re extremely self-motivated and able to work autonomously to achieve the best results
You’re eager to provide exceptional service to welcome new customers to your existing database of loyal clientele
You seek out new ways to build on your success and think outside of the box for your customers to find the best travel solution for them
You believe hard work should be rewarded, so you are focused on achieving your KPIs and sales targets to get the incentives you deserve
You understand the importance of organisation and managing your time effectively to achieve the best result and stay on top of your work
You’re not only good at the people stuff, but at the behind the scenes stuff too. Like building itineraries, doing up invoices, operating our complex booking systems and jumping between different programs with a customer in front of you
You know your way around GDS and you’re confident to learn complex computer systems
