WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing Travelwise team
  • Coach and support ongoing growth, capability, and engagement across the team
  • Manage day-to-day operations including resource planning and work allocation
  • Deliver exceptional service while meeting agreed service levels
  • Build, manage, and strengthen supplier relationships to deliver compelling travel benefits
  • Promote the Travelwise benefit across the FCTG network
  • Drive marketing and communication of supplier deals, travel advice, and industry updates
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Collaborate closely with internal FCTG businesses to drive outcomes and growth
  • Attend product training sessions, supplier briefings, and industry events
  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all "Flighties" feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive

 

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Proven leadership experience in a travel or service-driven environment
  • Minimum 2 years Travel & Tourism industry experience
  • Strong product knowledge across travel suppliers and product offerings
  • Experience using GDS and mid-office systems (e.g. Sabre, Helio)
  • Ability to manage high volumes of enquiries while balancing competing priorities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across multiple channels
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement capability
  • Experience working to customer service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Self-driven, motivated, and solutions-focused approach

 

Location: Onsite role based in South Bank head office, QLD

 

Hours: Monday to Friday standard office hours
