FCM Travel is looking for a talented and driven VIP Travel Consultant to join our team - a role where no two days are the same and the standard you deliver genuinely matters.

As a VIP Travel Consultant, you'll be the go-to travel expert for high-profile clients within our large market portfolio. Using your expertise in complex fares and itineraries, you'll deliver seamless, end-to-end travel arrangements, including air, hotel, car, and ground transportation, through Sabre GDS.

This is a role for someone who takes genuine pride in precision, thrives under pressure, and understands that for VIP travellers, the details are everything.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing end-to-end business travel arrangements for VIP corporate clients, including air, hotel, car hire, and ground transportation
  • Applying strong fares knowledge to handle complex itineraries and ticket exchanges with accuracy and efficiency
  • Building and maintaining trusted relationships with key stakeholders across large market organisations
  • Adhering to company procedures, account guidelines, and service standards across ticketing, Phase IVs, and GDS productivity
  • Delivering on all travel requests within designated SLAs, balancing speed with precision
  • Collaborating with your team to ensure every client receives a consistently outstanding experience

 

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in travel consulting or travel management
  • Strong expertise in fares and complex itineraries
  • Excellent GDS proficiency - Sabre experience highly regarded
  • Self-ticketing capability is a definite advantage
  • Experience in high-end corporate travel is highly desirable
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a sharp eye for detail
  • A natural relationship-builder with strong communication and listening skills
  • The ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
  • A proactive, positive attitude with solid business acumen

DollarOTE over $90,000 (comprising $60,000 base + uncapped monthly incentives) + super, with an initial guarantee of $80,000 + super
