Earlier this month we ran our annual Wellness Week to shine a light on the importance of prioritising our Flighties' physical health, mental health and overall wellbeing. As part of our Alumni community, we want to share some awesome resources that came out of the week with you. Wellness Week explored how utilising the FCTG Way can promote a greater level of wellbeing.
As part of Wellness Week 2022, we launched our new Mental Health Expert series where each week we sit down with respected experts in their field to discuss topics and questions surrounding mental health as submitted by our people. In our first episode, we chatted with Registered Psychologist Nadine Missenden on understanding burnout and feelings of depression and anxiety. Second, is accredited and registered social worker Darcy Lynch (one of our amazing Flighties) who discusses the stigma of mental illness and the importance of prioritising self-care.
