As our Senior Product Manager, you'll report to the Global Chief Product Officer Independents in our Global Leisure pillar, you'll be responsible for driving growth in our travel products in line with our overall Global Independent (B2B) strategy.
You'll work collaboratively with the Independents stakeholders, customers and team to develop and execute product strategies that drive our Travel product line growth through technology, customer growth, product line conversion growth, and profit growth per product, ultimately providing a consistent customer experience for their product line across all channels.

Day to day:
Build and implement product strategies consistent with company vision
Retrieve and analyse data & feedback from customers٫ stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements٫ features and end products
Collaborate with senior management, design, engineering & technology partners to create product plans and roadmaps
Supervise and support product manager, business analysts and coordinate cross-functional teams
Aligning the product strategy with platform strategies including our own engineering teams, broader FCTG platforms and third party platforms
Organise product releases properly and ensure the compliance with schedule and targets
Prepare recommendations to expand product base and vision
Prepare recommendations to track product use and impact on end users and customers
Track key metrics aligned to the overall business objectives, using an objective & key result framework
You'll be perfect for the role if you have:
4+ years' experience of working as a Product Manager or other relevant position
Significant experience in product lifecycle management and working in Agile environment
Experience leveraging direct and shared teams and technologies to achieve product results
Experience leveraging data for product growth and insights
Strong organisational٫ leadership and communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills with creative approach
User Experience understanding and can work with UX Designers to deliver amazing customer experiences
Commercial experience and the ability to hit the ground running and embrace change
Proactive in identifying risks and opportunities
A bachelor's degree or demonstrated equivalent experience
