As the Platform Lead, you will provide technical expertise and support across key travel platforms within Flight Centre Leisure Travel Brands. You'll become a subject matter expert (SME), providing advice and guidance on design decisions, and will support execution on our Product Information Management System, working with both internal and external stakeholders to drive scalability and improvement in the platform.

Day to day:

• Liaise with internal stakeholders from Marketing Merchandising, Product Management, and Engineering to ensure platform capabilities meet business needs
• Work with vendors and engineering teams to develop new functionality to meet requirements. Create user stories and testing to ensure requirements are met
• Train staff on the system, providing documentation, and user guides
• Provide support to users, triage and debug issues
• Work with platform vendors to ensure cases are managed end-to-end with priority on speed of resolution

You'll be perfect for the role if you have:

• 2+ years in a similar role or transferable experience
• An understanding of system integration technology
• Experience with internal and external stakeholders
• Support experience – Analysis
• Experience with complex travel products
• Project/Software development lifecycle experience (desirable)
