We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) leisure marketing team. In this role, you will play a key part in executing our brand marketing strategy to enhance awareness, attract new customers, drive retention, and fuel business growth.  

Your creativity and strategic mindset will be essential in developing and implementing targeted marketing campaigns that expand our customer base while strengthening brand presence. You will also track performance against key metrics, implement paid media strategies, support product selection, liaise with partners, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives. 
 

Day to day you’ll…  

• Develop and manage marketing briefs to ensure alignment with brand objectives and campaign goals
• Execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and growth across multiple channels
• Coordinate the creation and execution of marketing assets across paid, owned and earned channels 
• Implement and optimize paid media strategies, working with internal teams and external partners to maximize campaign effectiveness
• Track and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations based on key metrics
• Liaise with external partners and stakeholders to support promotions, collaborations, and sponsorship opportunities
• Support product selection and positioning by providing marketing input and ensuring alignment with brand and customer needs
• Work closely with internal teams, including Digital, Design, Content and Partnerships to ensure a cohesive marketing approach
• Represent the brand by ensuring all advertising materials are representative of the brand codes and meet overall brand and legal guidelines 

We’d love to hear from you if you have…  

• 5+ years' experience in Marketing  

• Strong project/time management skills  

• Exemplary attention to detail  

• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including strong copywriting abilities  

• Excellent customer service/stakeholder liaison skills (demonstrated to both internal and external customers)  

• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines at any one time
