About The Opportunity

The Campaign Manager will play a pivotal role in orchestrating marketing campaigns in the US and Canada that showcase creativity and strategic insight to increase FCM’s brand awareness, sales growth, and/or customer engagement. Working closely with the VP of Marketing, the Campaign Manager will drive effective campaigns across multiple platforms, leveraging project management principles to coordinate resources both within and outside of the marketing team. Fundamental to this role is the ability to create content that resonates with the target audience and aligns with their journey through the buyers' cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the planning, execution, and measurement of FCM marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain the annual campaign calendar for FCM Americas, ensuring alignment with global and regional priorities.
  • Create campaign production schedules and oversee delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Collaborate with internal resources and subject matter experts (including sales, consulting, meetings & events, product teams etc.) to develop campaign-specific content and activities.
  • Conduct market research to guide and improve campaign content and strategies.
  • Liaise with and brief third-party agencies where necessary to deliver components of campaign activities.
  • Work with the internal digital marketing team to develop paid media strategies aimed at achieving campaign acquisition and engagement deliverables.
  • Oversee copywriting for landing pages, content, materials and social media activities related to campaigns.
  • Set clear KPIs for each campaign and regularly report on performance, offering data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Champion and communicate marketing campaigns to key internal stakeholders, facilitate successful campaign launches by supplying necessary materials to relevant departments.
  • Collaborate with the Global Campaigns Manager to ensure global campaigns are effectively optimized and communicated for regional execution.
  • Stay abreast of emerging marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure campaigns remain innovative and competitive in a dynamic marketplace.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience required. Experience in Corporate Travel/Travel Industry is highly desirable.

  • Understanding of current market trends in the B2B travel environment
  • Understanding of paid search and social media strategies
  • Understanding of marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Salesforce CRM systems, marketing automation tools) preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strategic thinker with a creative mindset. Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $105,000. Base salary is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements.
