About the Opportunity: Corporate Traveller Team Leader
A Team Leader is the customer, operational and technical expert. They lead with a customer-centric mindset and display sound commercial and business sense to drive customer and people-related outcomes and business goals.
The Team Leader lives and breathes the Corporate Traveller “DNA” and maintains a culture of support, safety and success. They are instrumental in the development and performance of their people and the growth, profitability and retention of their customers.
Their leadership capabilities build and nurture relationships both internally and externally for the betterment of the Corporate Traveller brand.
You will be responsible for:
Understanding and driving team and area business plans, key performance indicators and key business deliverables
Coaching, developing and motivating team members in a supportive environment
Maintaining the financial health of the business
Developing multi-level relationships with both internal and external customers
Identifying gaps and opportunities for continuous improvement
Assessing, troubleshooting and providing solutions to a varying range of customer scenarios
Ensuring all functions deliver a compelling customer experience to maximise the opportunity for retention and customer satisfaction
Delivering Corporate Traveller’s marketing and product strategies and ensuring they are best optimised within the business
You will have:
Extensive travel industry experience across domestic and international
Proven track record of strong leadership and the ability to maintain strong communication with team members
Understanding and driving team and area business plans, key performance indicators and key business deliverables
Assessing, troubleshooting and providing solutions to a varying range of customer scenarios
Drive and ambition to achieve and exceed goals
Excellent communication skills
Superior presentation and negotiation skills
The ability to manage change
A high degree of emotional intelligence
Sound business acumen
A proven track record in customer connections and an ability to deal with a diverse range of clients

$80,000pa base plus uncapped incentives; overall OTE $110,000pa + super
