Reporting directly to the Flight Centre Collection Nation Leader, you'll take charge of a dynamic team of Business Development Managers, inspiring them to achieve greatness. You will spearhead the acquisition of new corporate travel business while showcasing the unparalleled value of Flight Centre Travel Group's products and services. Day to day you’ll...
Manage your pipeline and activities, leading from the front to achieve TTV results, conversions, and victories.
Recruit, train, and motivate the BDM teams in your state, fostering professional growth and development.
Oversee the daily performance of the BDM team, ensuring they meet weekly and monthly KPIs and business objectives.
Conduct weekly meetings and participate in discussions with BDM and Leadership Teams across FCBT brands.
Develop and implement the state business growth strategy for FCBT, driving success and expansion.
Engage in project management and business planning to align efforts and optimize growth opportunities.
Ensure CRM data integrity and manage the alignment of new business to the correct brand.
Lead competitor analysis projects, educate the National BDM Team, and conduct training workshops to enhance team conversion rates and skills.
Engage in project management and business planning, contributing to efforts with the Sales SWOT Team to drive growth and success.
