Who Are You?
You are an experienced professional with at least 3 years of relevant experience in development or the travel industry
You bring intermediate-level proficiency in UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform, complemented by UiPath certification or training
You excel at building and managing stakeholder relationships, using your advanced communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
You have a passion for sharing knowledge and mentoring junior developers, helping them grow in their roles
Self-driven and results-focused, you’re adept at performing under pressure, managing your time effectively, and navigating change
What Will You Be Doing?
Designing and developing RPA processes that enhance efficiency, streamline operations, and reduce costs using tools like UiPath and Power Platform
Ensuring automation projects follow best practices in development and deployment, including UAT protocols and disaster recovery
Managing the testing and integration of externally developed solutions, preparing them for production use
Assisting in maintaining knowledge management systems, such as Confluence, with operational rules and procedures
Collaborating with local and remote SMEs to support and deliver automation projects
Acting as a mentor and support system for junior developers, guiding them through the complexities of automation development
