At Flight Centre Travel Group, we aim to deliver best in class customer experience (CX). As our Customer Experience Data Specialist, you will enable the team and the broader global corporate business to unlock the power of data for customer experience management (CXM). You will have a strong focus on Voice of Customer (VoC) data as well as having the ability to connect and draw insights from other sources such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Operational data.

Your Responsibilities:

• Automate VoC reporting to provide visibility and action planning
• Identify business needs for CX insights and find ways to generate these insights
• Deliver ad hoc CX reports upon request to inform strategic or tactical decision-making
• Be the business unit owner/representative (ie. CX CoE), for the data ecosystem required to drive our VoC, and Competitor Intelligence programs

Who you are:

• 5+ years in a data, data science and/or data analysis roles
• Experience in building dashboards and automating reports
• Ability and/or exposure to work within some/or all of the following environments:
  • PowerBi, Artificial Intelligence, SQL, SSMS, Azure, Qualtrics
