About the Opportunity...
 
A rare opportunity has arisen to join the global Professional Development CX (Customer Experience) team.

The role will form part of the global CX L&D team, reporting to Caroline Flanagan. Preference for role to be based in the UK/Americas. This teams' remit is to design and deliver expert sales, account management and customer knowledge and skills to our Corporate Sales, Account Management and Operational team members. The role is a growth position, key in ensuring we have a workforce that can meet our current and future sales, growth and retention objectives, enabling the delivery of quality outcomes that meet our customers' changing needs.

What you will be doing...
 
Sharing specialist customer experience knowledge through a variety of learning-based activities and tools to improve sales, account management and operational team member knowledge, capability and performance.

You will also utilise instructional design principles to craft engaging and effective global learning experiences. You will be developing  and deploying a variety of learning formats, including e-learning modules, workshops, simulations, and blended learning approaches.

You will be responsible for producing high-quality global learning content such as presentations, training materials, case studies, online modules, and assessments.

 
You will also...
  • Be confident in curating and coordinating content across a variety of specialised customer experience subject matter areas and able to engage in small group settings via workshops, in the classroom, virtually, or a combination of both
  • Produce high-quality content such as presentations, training materials, case studies, online modules, and assessments
  • Ensure and oversee the compliance and adherence of global course content through effective coordination and management
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of existing course materials to maintain relevance, accuracy, and alignment with learning outcomes
  • Serve as host or moderator for engaging virtual program delivery, sharing systems and processes, administering tech-based collaboration tools, coordinating break-out rooms, and monitoring and facilitating communication with participants to ensure a smooth delivery
  • Facilitate virtual or in-person small group workshops globally or in-region, as directed
  • Support learners to showcase knowledge transfer to real job activities, provide feedback regarding strengths and areas of improvement
 
 
You'll be perfect for the role if you have...
  • Experience in Corporate Sales, Account Management or Customer Success roles
  • A passion for, or experience in, learning and development
  • An agile and innovative mindset
  • High-level understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies to create effective and engaging learning experiences
  • Confidence in facilitation and/or presentation skills
  • Proven record of effective collaboration with stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Proficient in essential tools and systems such as Articulate/Rise, Camtasia, Snagit, Canva and Compass/Northpass
  • A strong track record of results achievement and personal branding
